Refund Policy:
Passengers who cancel within 48 hours of flight will receive a refund, minus a $75.00 per passenger cancellation fee.
"No Shows" are treated as a completed balloon ride.
There will be no charge to our guests for weather cancellations made by Aerial Adventure of Tampa.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are transferable, but not refundable.
